Defence day is celebrated in Pakistan on 6 september every year. it is celebrated in the memory of war between Pakistan and India in 1965. Many people didn't know the real reasons of that war so today i'm here to tell you all of the history behind the war!!!
Pakistan came into being on 14th
August 1947. Straight after that India and many other countries did not believe
that Pakistan will not servive for years and will merge again into India, but
that was there dream which never fulfilled and INSHALLAH never will!!! They
used many of their resources to break down Pakistan but they did not succeeded.
Every one knows Kashmiri's wants to be the part of Pakistan in 1947, but it was
the cruel policy of the Indian leaders that they hinge on Kashmir. It was not
ended yet, they started punishing oppressed Kashmiri's. Pakistan always wanted
the full control over Kashmir as the Kashmiri's also. So Pakistan did not keep
calm in that situation and Ayub Khan who was the president of Pakistan wants to
help Kashmiri's to get independence from India. On the other hand India started
to interfere on line of control. So Pakistan decided to defend against india
and for that purpose Pakistan sended Army through Jammu Kashmir. It was the
time of August 1965 when the war started between both countries. Both countries
wants the victory and the full control over the Kashmir so, both countries uses
there full powers and it was a baneful battle. Both the countries experience
loss of people,amred forces and assesments. But Pakistan was never lost that
war although it was small country infront of India but its People along with
Armed Forces are heartly involved in the battle. At last the United Nations woke up
and asked both countries to stop the war, both the countries could not do any
thing against the UN so they have to stop the war. As India started the war and Pakistan was defending against India and ALHAMDULILLAH Pakistan defended
his land successfully so it was the ultimate success of Pakistan. That's why today we
are celebrating defence day with honour and peace. In the end i want to tell
you the reason of success. It was sacrifice of our Pak Army specially those who sacrifice their lives
for their Motherland(Pakistan). I would like to mention their names there as
